Does anyone in the UK know Samsung complaints email address? I have asked the Online shop, Twitter and Facebook messenger, they are all struggling to provide one. After the Note 7 disaster one would have expect they would learn Customer Service.

Glad I found this and am not the only one, I've had a horrible time trying to make a complaint regarding the handling of my upgrade through their upgrade programme, delivery delay of over a month and samsung decided to set up my monthly payment for the new phone alongside the existing monthly payment for my existing phone. So I am now paying for 2 phones, 1 of which I have not even received!

Tried emailing ***** and posting on their twitter page, tried online chat which is clearly just someone reading scripts, and have tried phoning but the advice was to contact Klarna to pause payments!

Hi I got samsung 90 jet . I was told that I could get money back on buying the hoover. I'm not happy with what you have to do get money back as its I don't have a computer.
I'm going to take it back for a refund

I bought at Samsung UK official shop a Galaxy S23Ultra after canceling the order on Amazon for the same price but oriented towards a higher guarantee, I have seen countless sites, but on this mobile I wanted an extended guarantee, I have no experience with Samsung other than a S7 Plus this is my first mobile phone from the Korean company, I tried to get help in chat with the assistance service, and I find that an agent told me something that is not true which I summarize as follows;

If you want you can extend the warranty and take it up to 4 years...

I'll post the screenshot for you to understand better, I speak bad English sorry. To my surprise I asked the support chat for an email that they didn't give me and I didn't find one on the site to make a complain?? Today I received the mobile phone and in the Samsung mai/invoice it was written that the Samsung Care+ Insurance started from today until the next two years, I understand that it is always up to us to inform ourselves as best as possible but in this case I feel that the agent is not ' was corrected to be polite, does anyone have a formally valid email to complain to Samsung UK? would be much appreciated. Thank you.

i have the same problem i have returned the watch and now i am waiting for my money back. i have contacted them 3 times and i still have no money. they write that this information will be passed on and within 24-48 I will receive an email and confirmation of full refund. It's been 3 weeks now and nothing!

2nd charger purchased and its slow charging! I am fed up of Samsung trying to con everyone. The customer service is atrocious. Anyone know how to complain?
