Does anyone in the UK know Samsung complaints email address? I have asked the Online shop, Twitter and Facebook messenger, they are all struggling to provide one. After the Note 7 disaster one would have expect they would learn Customer Service.

Hey I'm very disappointed with this phone I'm not comfortable with this phone it's too much slippery or my phone over heat in just 30 minutes game ND without charger adapter without phone cover after long time I chose samsung devices again but I'm too disappointed it's my bad experience after iPhone

I have a zflip 4, the hinge wouldn't open and when I opened it damaged the screen. The hinge is a major fault and when I sent it to be repaired they said there was damage in the form of microscopic scratches on the the screen frame. My phone has never been dropped and the marks were so small, they were not visible with the naked eye. I told them the screen was damaged by the hinge, which is a ommon fault but they insisted that the minute scratches sent it out of warranty and they want me to pay £339, to replace a screen that was damaged by a faulty hinge. I have had sumsung mobile phones for over twenty years now and after being treated like a criminal by samsung. I will never ever buy another samsung product.

I bought S23 Ultra in Oxford Street store recently Having transferred my date they sent me off with no sim in my phone When I returned I was told how lucky I was that I got there in time to rescue my sim! Like I made the mistake I also paid one month's insurance making it clear it was just one month Samsung charged me today for next months insurance I called them twice today but may as well have banged my head against the wall Less painful

Today, I called Oxford Street store for an appointment. The lad who was speaking was lacking in English, and I couldn't understand him, and he purposely disconnected my phone and wanted to show like a connection issue. I was waiting for about 1 hour to get that call. What a disgrace.
