Samsung s22 ultra smart view display issues

I've just got the s22 ultra, which is amazing! However I've gone to use smart view tonight ( tried on 2 different tvs in the house) & even though the phone connects to the TV absolutely fine, when it does connect the phone home screen that is being mirrored becomes really small on the phone screen itself. It's then difficult to press buttons accurately because the screen you're viewing on the phone is probably not even half the screen size & whatever you're trying to tap is still where it would be when your screen is normal but you can't see it to click because the view of your screen is minimised. The only way I can get the screen back to normal & full size is by restarting it. I tried an external mirroring app from playstore also & it does the same thing. So can anyone help as to how I can stop my s22 ultra from shrinking the view of my home screen & not being able to get it back to normal when I try to mirror /cast to another device like my tvs? My s21 worked absolutely fine so presuming it's something with this phone. Thanks

Same here. First Samsung phone after 10 years of using iPhone and I thought I was doing something wrong.

Anyone figured it out?

same problem with the screen and activating the smart view, small screen and the icons cannot be pressed, they do not match the finger when pressed. It has to be a software bug on the phone. please update now

I'm having the same issue, I used their online chat who didn't have any idea what I was talking about. I then phoned them, the first person got me to download an updated which didn't work. The next person I spoke to said it was an issue with my tv. After insisting it was a hardware issue not a tv issue I was told that there's nothing they can do and to just not use the smart view.

Utterly useless customer service, they try and say its not their fault because they don't want to admit their band new flagship phones are full of glitches

I have the same problem with 22 ultra. The app is showing on the phone in the left corner. I can't change anything. Can I turn it off only by resetting the phone? What it takes to be on the phone for over £ 1,200 £

Hello, am still having issues when using smart view from S22 ultra, my issue seems bit different tho once mirroring on TV works ok for 5-10 seconds then freezes on the TV, has anyone found any solutions yet as last update dint fix this smart view issue
