Hi my samsung health app won't open , just comes up with server error message. I've tried force stopping the app, no cache setting that I can see to clear it . Restarted phone after force stop . Software up to date . I have an S22 so shouldn't be an issue as not an old phone. Can anyone help .

Logout from your Samsung Account on your phone and then sign back in via Samsung Health. Check if this helps.

Before logging out, ensure that the phone is backed up and you have the Samsung Account password at hand.

Look in Settings > Apps > Samsung Health App > Storage > Clear Cache > Launch the the App @stacey46

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
