Hi samsung community i have ordered the new galaxy s22 ultra (online exclusive colour graphite) on 14th February and I was told it will be delivered on the 13th of March however I rang samsung for an update because the status is still stuck on 'customising your order' and I was told it may be delayed by another week which is soo frustrating however I was told that it may still be delivered on date I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue
The yields for this gen of silicon must be pretty poor. Kind of adds up how some folks' S22s are doing pretty good on Battery Life and some are awful (variables be damned, there's definitely lemons out there).
If I'd have known it was ACTUALLY going to be 6-7 weeks I'd have just ordered an S21+ instead. Either that or go back to iPhone for the first time in a decade. Sheesh.
So despite being texted/emailed it was delayed. I got my phone delivered yesterday. A day late. Not a few weeks late. Odd. But not complaining. Just had to spend almost three days in hospital so this was a welcome positive!
