I have been using Samsung mail app since I got a Samsung phone. And always used the Russian language translator. Everything worked fine until recently. But now the Russian language pack is not available in the translator. It's just not available for selection.

Tell me, is this your way of fighting the Russian invasion of Ukraine? If yes, how does it help? The Russian language is not the property of Putin and his admirers. 

I am increasingly disappointed with Samsung appliances.

Я использую почтовое приложение Samsung с тех пор, как у меня появился телефон Samsung. И всегда пользовался русскоязычным переводчиком. До недавнего времени все работало нормально. Но сейчас в переводчике отсутствует русский языковой пакет. Он просто недоступен для выбора. Скажите, это ваш способ борьбы с вторжением России в Украину? Если да, то как это поможет? Русский язык не является собственностью Путина и его поклонников. Все больше разочаровываюсь в технике Samsung.

Russian language pack is available in translator

Use Google translation service instead of Samsung and you'll have access to over 90 languages including Russian.

I'm talking about the Email app from developer Samsung.

Russian language is available in the Samsung Email app. Just switch to Google translation services.

Settings>general management >Samsung keyboard settings >Translation. Toggle on Google

I don't think we're talking about the same thing. I need to read an email quickly.

We are. I'm using Gmail. As you can see from my screenshot I have the ability to translate to Russian. In this test email it was French to Russian. But as said before I have access to over 90 languages because I use the Google translation service and not Samsung. As you can see from the second screenshot I can also do this using Samsung email app. I can assure you the Russian language is available.

cant find it in my samsung mail app. Do i need to use gboard for this?
