Has anyone seen refresh rate fall below 24? If yes then in which scenario? I can never see it less than 24. Not even on the AOD. I always thought s22 ultra has a refresh rate from 1 - 120. But mine varies from 24-60-96-120
Also what is the point in limiting the refresh rate to 60 during power saving when in normal mode it goes till 24?
60 should be the upper limit, not fixed as 60 😂🤦

The variation in refresh rate is what drains the battery, not the actual refresh rate itself, hope this helps in understanding it a bit more!
Also, the variation in refresh rate is normal dependant on how you use the phone, these may just be preset refresh rates for the instances in which you use the phone for.

I tried not touching the phone at all for some time and eventually screen locked and AOD was shown. Yet the refresh rate was 24.

it may just be that samsung hasn't optimised the refresh rate yet for the Galaxy S22 Series, as the OneUI 6.1 update was quite rushed

or perhaps it's better for saving battery to have fewer preset options

I just now found another thread saying that Samsung did advertise 1-120 but later changed the spec sheet to 48-120. So confusing. I still feel power saving should limit to lowest value or atleast give an option in routines to do so.
