Try Safe Mode to see if that helps @Denise08
Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.
If it stops in Safe Mode then something is conflicting which can be an app, theme or even something as innocent as a wallpaper.
Come out of Safe Mode and start removing apps, themes and wallpapers until the glitch stops.
If it continues in Safe Mode then consider backing up and factory reset but don't set the phone back up using the back up at first just incase something in the back up is causing this.
If it continues even when you've not used a back up i.e a fresh set up then a Samsung Service Centre can help.
If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care. 😎
