Got my S22 last August. I work from home and never had issues with my home wifi before (have a S7 and TabA on the same wifi that work just fine thank you). I work in the same room with all 3 devices so I'm not moving around the house.
All was well until with the S22 until about 3 months ago. Now, every time the screen times out (goes black) the wifi drops. Very seldom can I fix it by turning the wifi on and off, but usually I have to restart the mobile. This is becoming a pain in my XXXX. I've tried doing the 'forget' wifi and reconnecting multple times, which also works, but this is not a tenable solution. I've tried everything under the sun, tried all the tips out there, and am getting more and more annoyed. Does anyone have a fool-proof way of fixing this? I'm starting to suspect it's the phone that's the problem, since this is the 4th Samsung I've had never encountered this before.

I've done the 'forget' network and reconnected.
Since I'm not having any isues with my other Saumsung devices and wifi, not sure what restarting the router would do.....
