Hi
As in the title, while browsing the internet screen goes black. I saw many people have this problem, but I did not see any fix for it? Do any info from Samsung exist? At this point, I'm thinking about returning the phone as it is not usable.

Are you using Google Chrome or the Samsung Internet App to access the internet on your phone @viru5
Also do try clearing your phone's system cache files > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your earphones to enter into recovery mode.
