S22 Ultra Samsung Pay issue - CSC incorrectly locked to Germany

UPDATE: Its now going back to EE. They said they've had a fair few go back for this reason. Not a great start on a new device 

I'm getting fed up with this issue now. I've had no update at all since last week and the error report has come back to tell me the issue has been resolved and the reason I cannot add Samsung pay is because the device is manufactured for the German Market!

@Sam_UK@AntS@SachikoT please could I get an update on this urgently please? 

I've been holding off on sending back to EE as I was advised you wanted the device to investigate it.

I also got a load of system notifs where a mod had put "no action required" on this post, they said that was nothing to worry about but still a little worrisome that this topic is being disregarded. Especially after it's affecting so many users

It's all very strange and very annoying. I just keep hitting brick walls with people and getting silence. I got as far as sending screenshots of things asked for and then the one thing they asked me to do wouldn't work so I told them and since then nothing. I did have one really nice lady on the phone from the initial people who was lovely and said she would check in to see if it had been dealt with ok but then when she put me through to the samsung pay team I didn't get anywhere again. The people on twitter were lovely too but all they could do was put me through to the pay team again and I just get nothing from them at all. When I'm sorted with my new handset from EE I'm going to try and call Samsung again and complain.

I'm wondering if the bit that wouldn't work was sending error logs via email? If so I had the same problem and had to chop them up unto smaller files and zip and send them that way. And like you not heard a peep since.
I tried to raise it on Facebook but they were very unhelpful to be honest, I asked for the complaints procedure twice and they said they will raise it internally but won't let me know any outcome. Very poor

It is really poor and so disappointing. My watch keeps telling me I'm not logged into my Samsung account on my phone but when I check my phone I'm definitely in. Something has definitely gone wrong somewhere and it's not like they are denying the issue, they just won't say how to fix it!

That's odd, I bet that'll improve when you get the replacement device too!
I'm trying to chase the £50 Amazon voucher which was advised I'd get for helping and for the issue experienced as well, how did you get on with that?
I've just now tried to raise the issue via Twitter also.
