Has anyone who returned their s22 ultra for a replacement received the phone yet or any update of when it will come?

Lucky 😅 still an investigation going on to find the missing parcel. Samsung honestly have worst CS ever. Do u mind sharing a screenshot of the email with details blurred out please?

@Yaseen1 @jamiemac - I sent mine out last Thursday and Samsung received it on Friday. Am waiting for the replacement. Hopefully I will get an email from them today. :smiling-face:

I am still waiting for my replacement to come..... No news from Samsung.. It has been 10 business day upon drop off. 😩

Update... Still no news from Samsung on my replacement phone (today is the 10th day!). Called CS and again they said wait for 7 to 10 business day.

After putting the phone down, I got an email from CS telling me to return the faulty phone for exchanged. The thing is that phone have already been with Samsung for 2 weeks and they even sent me an email confirmation that they have received the faulty phone.

Called CS again and I have been told now that they can't send the replacement cos there is currently no stocks.

Seriously!

In my case, the alternative resolution was refund. They said doesn't when receive new phones. I am waiting for be refunding.

Great......had a feeling I would have to ask for a refund. 1TBs have been out of stock since February. My Ultra randomly turned off at 20% battery and will not and I repeat will not respond to any kind of boot option. They want me to send the device in for diagnostic but the way it is looking is they are going to "replace" it but aint no way they will be able to since people are saying if its in stock. I traded in my Note 20 ultra so I expect a full retail refund of 1600$. If I can't get a green 1tb as a replacement I don't want anything Samsung ever again. This customer service honestly is the worst.

Yes ask for refund, it will be the better choice.
