S22 Ultra problems with GPS

Hungarian Samsung helpdesk is useless; I described the problem thoroughly, linked in this very thread and all they said was they haven't heard about this issue and I should do a factory reset on my phone. Pff..
However, the sw upgrade S908BXXU1AVC6 got available for me too so I'll test it today.

Unfortunately S908BXXU1AVC6 is just the GOP patch, doesn't affect the GPS issue.

I am having these issues, its been several weeks and there seems to be no fix which is a concern??

If you see my post yesterday, Samsung support say they are aware of the issue and a fix is being worked on. How long it takes and whether its true or not, only time will tell.

Today I installed new Samsung update. Nothing have changed - gps is not working correctly.

Well, for me, 5 hrs after installing S908BXXU1AVC6 GPS reception works as expected.
Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Hello - just reporting that my new S22 ultra can't find GPS when navigating in Maps.  Lots of people describing this issue on forums.  Clearly needs a fix. Thank you.

Yes there are threads about this issue for some.

My Google Maps retains GPS connection on my Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra.

And it works on a Bus App I use to track my buses to commute to and from work so for some reason it's not affecting all phone's in the Samsung Galaxy s²² series.

Tried my GPS on a 30 min drive using Google maps and I noticed no issues.

It's certainly a fault that exists but only seems to be affecting a select few devices...

Which model do you have?
