My phone received an update, and when I rebooted, a message appeared to me that I could not use the phone and to communicate with support. When I contacted support, they were unable to solve the problem, and they told me this is a problem that had not occurred before, and we cannot help you. You can imagine that the company that manufactured the phone cannot fix it, and they asked me Return it to the seller, and when I inquired about the problem, they said that we cannot tell you, but we cannot solve it, and this in itself is a disgrace to Samsung, which manufactured it and cannot repair it, as if the phone had come from another planet.
