I'm absolutely disappointed in receiving a phone. I'm trying to be really patient and wait for another update to fix software issues but it's getting really annoying. Besides extremely fast battery discharge which I will raise another issue, the worst issue is happening with phone randomly freezing (System UI crashed) up to a point when I can't do anything and just wait until it unfreeze or restarts. On one occasion I called an uber on the app and the driver was on the way, but the phone got stuck and restarted itself, cancelled my uber leaving me to pay for it because the driver was on the way!!! This is a brand new phone which I received a week ago, but already had to factory reset it 2 times to start it all over again with a hope it will fix the issues. Just to say in just one week I've got this phone I had to restart it / face freezing issues more times than I had to do with my Huawei p30 pro which I owned for 3 years!!! I've already tried everything I could (restarts, cache clearing, factory reset, safe mode etc..) I'm very close to returning this phone.... This is not what I would expect from a phone that cost 1300£. Looking forward hearing from you.
