S22 ultra issue with powering off and a few other issues

Hi, just got my S22 ultra today and tried to go into Battery and device care in the settings and it won't open and kept crashing back to the main menu,  so I tried to restart the phone and the side button doesn't allow me to turn the phone off (button is set to power off).

So with all that I tried a reset but the reset option in general also crashes the phone back to main menu ! 

Anyone else have this ?

If it is like the S21 ultra, you need to press down volume and multi function keys together to power down the phone.

My s21 ultra work fine by just pressing and holding the side button, there seems to be a bug that doesn't allow normal turn off even from the pull down menu

For reference I have reset with the power and volume button but that didn't fix any of my issues

For anyone who does get this I found it to be a QR scanner app that smart switch transferred from my old phone, I restarted it in safe mode and deleted the app and all was fixed.

Yes same here as I dropped off the 20 in FedEx the 22 went dead and won't turn back on needless to day I want th3 20 back asap
