Today I had a strange experience which I would never expect from such a high end phone. I was out in a butterfly garden , a climate controlled habitat in East Sussex which is maintained at 39 degrees , and after fee pictures my phone got as hot as it can get and the camera app stopped working stating the phone is too hot. Anyone else has experienced it. It seems very dangerous. Remember the galaxy note blowing up disaster few years back..

The Galaxy Note 7 thing was a completely different thing altogether and the fault was identified.
Something that all phone manufacturers actually learned from that has helped to advance phone batteries.
The camera will use a lot of processing power.
If your in a very warm environment and have a protective case on the phone, this will act as an insulation so just relies on the exposed screen to help dissipate heat.
One thing maybe to try is close down other apps that maybe using processing power.
In hot environments using the camera, especially filming video. Reducing screen resolution and brightness will help.
When your not filming or taking photos, lock the phone until you need it again rather than keep the screen on all the time.
To be honest most phones will have issues in hot environments.
Times I've been filming and it's stopped working because of heat, even on iPhones.
Some are worse than others.
