S22 ultra freezing after answering the call

Hi,

sometimes my  S22 ultra freezes after answering the call. how could this be fixed? i regularly update my phone

PaulM1 this is a great post! The app pops up the said issue, "Your phone incorrectly restarted or froze. ..."  followed by a Send error report button.

Everybody in this thread should open the Members app and send the report indeed!

Hello,

I don't know if this is general solution, but i had this problem from the first day i bought this phone, and almost everyone i know who also have the same model, also had this same issue. Only one person did not have this problem with s22 ultra, and he does not have smart watch so i tried to disconect incoming calls from watch and problem is solved. (I fww this info to my friends with same phone and it solved problem for them too). My phone has been working normally for a month and a half now.

I do not know is this general solution for this problem, but maybe will help you or somene else.

Thanks for the tip I have a Samsung smart watch and was having the same issue, I disconnected my watch and the phone freezing issue went away.
