My 20th day with ultra, up to now no issues, on the other hand I am a very boring user of the phone, 80% phone use for health and fitness, 10% communication, remaining 10% all other use, so i have mostly official manufacturer's apps only, so I hardly have any issues. Other than here there technical issues.

Hi @TabS8Ultra

No this shouldn't be happening unless the phone has been set up to reset at a pre determined time.

Please ensure the phone's software is up to date as well as your apps in the Playstore and Galaxy Store.

I would suggest to try the following.....

1. Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

If the issue continues........

2. Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

If this does not help then as a last resort back up and factory reset.

Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre can help by looking at the phone.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Did you complete a clean restore of your previous data. Smart switch can cause issues when restoring old data, if you used that
