I've turned on fast charging and super fast charging, and I've turned off battery saver so that my phone should charge to 100%.
When my phone is plugged into any charger or power source it crashes around 79 to 85% (it varies). The cable doesn't seem to matter. The charger doesn't seem to make a difference.
When it crashes, it shows the grey charging circle instead of the green or blue one. And does not charge at all. Just gets warm.
When I turn off fast charging and super fast charging, and then enable adaptive battery protection, it will sometimes charge through the night and hover at 80%. Sometimes it charges all the way to 90%. And sometimes when I wake up the phone is powered off but warm displaying only the grey charging circle.
I've reset the phone. I have tried charging in safe mode. It won't charge when it's powered off. So... next time my phone goes down to 0%, I think that will be it!!!
Could it be the battery? Tips or tricks on replacing those???

Yes and yes. Doesn't make a difference. I've also tried charging in safe mode.

It said it was regular speed charging fine. But it should have been fast or super fast. It also said the battery was fine.
