Got my phone today, just done the claim for the free buds and it said imei was null so I uploaded a screen shot of the imei on the box with the serial number  I hope this is OK as I don't want to break the seal as the phone is a gift for my Daughter and want ro her to open it as a surprise gift, have to wait and see what they say but I will be raging if they don't accept that.

I have received an email saying my galaxy buds Pro on its way,

The website didn't recognise my IMEI number but they asked for proof on the next screen and accepted the screenshot. Within minutes the claim was approved and to expect my buds within 45 days.

That's exactly what I had to do myself when ordering the Promotional Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro.

I also screenshot my About Phone Section and uploaded that too.

Soon after I received an email saying they were looking at my claim.

Make sure you've received this too.

Then a couple of days later I received an email saying my claim was successful.

I've now received them which too around 21 days but it can take up to 45 days.
