S22 ultra always hot

Does anyone else have this issue

My s22 ultra after June update the phone is always hot , I'm in the UK , Yes I understand that the weather is hot these days but even indoors my phone is always hot

As soon as I start using my phone and open apps the phone goes from hot to very hot 

Any ideas or suggestions please

I still have the same problem unfortunately even after last update

I though it was only my phone. I am also challenged with overheating of my S22 Ultra phone. As you have mentioned, it starts heating soon while start using any kind of apps. Even up to difficulty to handle, so that i am putting sometimes in fridge to cool it down😀. I have tried a lot to fix if its possible. Unfortunately no change. I think its a ***** version of the series, S22 ultra.
