Hi everyone. Happy New Year.
Recently I've been experiencing a problem with the adverts on my phone.
When an advert comes on my phone,it runs to the end as normal,then when it gets to the end, there is a blank black screen & no X to press. That means I have to shut down the app & start again.
Any tips?
I've already restarted & shutdown my phone.

Does that happen only in that app? Most likely it's the issue with the app and the way it displays adverts. Try rotating the phone

Have you tried > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.  @Mollymay
