S22 plus not connect to mobile data after no service

I upgraded from S9 to the S22 plus. I have zero cell serive or data in my work building. Which is fine but after I leave the building the phone stops searching for service and the only way for me to get it to connect is by restarting the phone. I never had to do this with my S9. 

How can I get the S22 plus to search for service without restarting my phone? Thanks

Try checking your settings,

Check Mobile Networks under Connections and check your Network Mode

Try toggling Flight Mode on for 10 seconds then turn it off. It should then force a search for your network.

How can I see network mode.  I only have access points, network operators and network extender.

I have the same issue with my S22+, but happens throughout the day randomly. Mobile data will disconnect even in coverage, then not automatically reconnect again until I restart the phone or switch flight mode on and off. It then happens again a few minutes or even an hour afterwards. Also happens at different locations, even with good coverage. Have tried resetting network settings.
