Typing this from my S22 Plus and I must say it rather is refreshing, even in 2025 it still holds up extremely well and as of far, has never let me down, I can't wait until Android 15 drops for the S22 series 😌

Then Android 16 will be it's last update..

Absolutely, the S22 Plus is aging like fine wine 🍷🔥 — Samsung really hit a sweet spot with that one. Great balance of size, performance, and design. That Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (especially the later batches) still holds its own in 2025, and with One UI updates, it still feels new.

Do you still use it with the stock launcher or have you customized it? And how’s your battery holding up?

I couldn't agree more! I was using a launcher but then switched back to the One UI and as for the battery, it's holding up extremely well, no signs of slowing down whatsoever, my varient is Exynos but despite that it's surprising the Exynos chip still is holding up till this day 🔥
