S22 never got an update after one ui 6 beta

Hi, I have a s22 which is stuck on one ui beta and I am unable to use certain apps. It's really frustrating for me. I have contacted support didn't help. Tried smartswitch but no option there as well.
I read somewhere that a moderator can push update if I DM the IMEI.

I doubt that's possible. Try using Odin

@noumansc  Could try a  Factory Reset(obviously after Backing Up)  .   No, moderators would not be able to push an update,would have thought Support could have provided more assistance.  Proviso that you need some knowledge to  use the odin method and undertaken at own risk.

If Samsung support can't resolve this small issue, update is a basic thing for smartphone these days. Why do customer has to juggle around for basic update. I have contacted support thrice, tried smartswitch twice.

Best advice is don't do the Beta program in future, it will save you any hassle.

Solved! Like me, you may have bailed out early from the beta programme. Contact Samsung via the members app, explain the situation and that you think you didn't get the final beta download ( without that it won't let you update to 6.1 ) together with the system log data. They can then send you the final beta update and you'll be good to go. That's what they did for me and it worked! Hope this helps
