S22 image processing fix needed

It seems the posts about horrendous picture quality get quickly buried in this forum and Samsung are impossible to talk to.

Here is one example picture I took of a colleague from about 1 meter distance. He has a skin condition, but in the picture his skin appears spotless and notice his beard. It looks like it has been added using a brush. This is at ISO 160!!! That picture should be as sharp and natural as reality:

No, I think I gave them enough of my money already and I'm also sure that out of all those people who can tell a sh*tty picture from a good one at least one already called them.

But anyway, how much money do you think they want to take a notice and deliver a fix for us? I could set up an online collection called "Please help Samsung pay their engineers to fix a problem with their flagship smartphone". Would that work?

I'm a little confused as you've stated similar as not wanting to pay - it does not cost anything to send feedback.

I appreciate your viewpoint and are frustrated and wanting to vent.

Oh wow you are ridiculous. I wasn't going to comment on your post but mostly every one who replied to you was very polite but you just attack them.
By all means if you aren't happy with the device you can sell it and buy the iPhone as you stated. I doubt any one here could care less whether you go to iPhone or not.
