@Stam281073: Are you using a specific app or feature when the issue occurs, or is it random? To troubleshoot the situation, please head to Settings > Device care > Auto optimisation > Auto restart, and make sure that 'Restart when needed' and ' Restart on schedule' are both toggled off.

If they are, then please try restarting your phone in Safe Mode, as this will disable all third party apps, and help to determine if the problem is stemming from an external source.

To enter Safe mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode.

With Safe mode active, monitor the performance of the device for a few hours, based on the frequency that you encounter the issue. If you find that the restarts/power issues no longer occur, then please restart your S22 as you would normally and uninstall any apps that you have added to the device since you first encountered the issue. It won't be possible to determine exactly which app is at fault, therefore I recommend approaching this via a process of elimination.

Hello @Stam281073 👋

Another troubleshooting step is to clear the phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.

  • Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }

As a last resort sometimes a back up and factory reset is the very last resort.

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Sorry to hear of your issues...

You can try couple of things.
Try to start phone into safe mode and see if phone will do same if not then it's most likely caused by 3rd party apps, themes etc:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/

Wipe cache partition:
Turn off your phone, plug into PC, tv etc via USB Then press and hold power and volume up button until samsung logo appears Then quickly release power button and keep holding volume up button until reboot menu appears then navigate with volume down button till wipe cache partition press power button to confirm restart your phone.

Also, you can try to use diagnostic tools in members app.

If nothing helps I suggest book a repair.

Credits to @Iminvti as this is his reply to a similar post earlier in the day which I have posted here.

I faced a similar issue , below 3 steps helped to stop the restarts

  • Reinstalled the Galaxy Store app.
  • Updated all Samsung-related apps to their latest versions.
  • Disabled the Weather app/widget.

After completing these steps,  the restart and boot loop issues were resolved. I suspect that One UI has dependencies on certain Samsung apps for proper functionality. I hope this information proves helpful.
