S22 Dex Pad not in 4k

•  I dont know why when I use my #Galaxy #S22, I can't run #Dex in 4K. It doesn't even give me a grayed out option like me S8 does. No of my devices have problems running in 4k, but my Dex Pad. Am I the only one with this problem? Please help if anyone can, and thank you.

I have the same problem with s21, doesn't work wirelessly or through an adaptor. Can't get ultrawide either.

I believe Dex itself doesn't support ultra wide. I believe but could be wrong. I'm just lost because I have the Dex Pad, a official product from Samsung that says 4K on the box, but no 4K.

I contacted Samsung which was a waste of time they said use a 4k hdmi cable.
I also emailed YouTubers who were reviewing Dex & ultrawide just worked for them using dexpad or an adaptor, so none the wiser.
It's a simple thing I'm sure Samsung could program it in. We can't be the only one's.
