I have been using #S22 with Gen8.1 for more than a month now. Rİghtfrom the start I have informed samsung about half a day battery duration or even less. Tech support made me sleep and even deep sleep all of the apps. Have formatted my phone multiple times. And thne it started to crush into no restart. I had to take it to the field service. The service noticed it had bricked. They did something to restart the phone. They reformatted. Told me they did some test and onnot detech the battery issue. Still I have been using the worst phone of my entire life.
There are no games in the phone. Just instagram and emails. I have been using battery with power saving still no help. In less than 6 hours it drops from 85% to 40%. I have contacted with samsung members and they told me to take it to the field service too. Yet ıt too didnt solve anything.
I want a solution cuz ı have wasted alotof money for a useless piece of equipment.

Maximum screen on time is 5h 30 mins with just whatsapp and insta usgae

Take a look around on this website there are multiple threads about extremely poor battery life. You shouldn't have to use battery saving options to still not get the battery life of older Samsung phones without those very options. Something is wrong and I hope Samsung has the guts to at least address it.
