S pen problems

Anybody have any idea why my s pen is saying is not connected to my phone even though its inserted inside my phone. And I keep getting a message saying insert s pen in phone??

I have come across posts in regards to other models of the Note experiencing this glitch, however not so much with the s²² Ultra @J9annp
