@St39h3n: Do you have a case or cover on the device? If so, please try removing it temporarily to see if you notice an improvement. For clarity, it has been noted that magnetic clasps on some cases can interfere with S Pen functionality, so it is worth exploring as an option. If this isn't applicable, can you confirm if the issue occurs on a certain area of the screen, or is is persistent?
Nope, no case on the phone and it happens at random. Some times everything I draw or write goes funny and some times its only little bit and on a rare occasion it's fine. Don't know if it helps but I've posted a picture
