I bought my S22 Ultra 5G online couple of months ago but nowadays it seems struggling on network signals. Everything works fine other than signals. Can I request a replacement for the phone?

Hi, have you cleared the cache partition or reset the network settings? If all fails try a factory reset before trying to return the device, also I think only if its faulty, you usually get 14-28 days to return the the device if you change your mind, anytime after that it needs to have some form of a fault for them to accept a replacement or exchange.
Double check with the company you purchased it from, you never know.
Hope you sort out the phones network signal.

As @Blessed4life has said.
You will be out of your returns period now.
Best thing is to clear the Partition Cache as has been mentioned.
If you continue with network problems. Contact your network provider and ask them to push network settings to you. Or ask them to replace your sim card.
I've had a sim card go wrong before.
Double check the apps you have downloaded as well. One of those can be causing problems as well

@RabbiChowdhury

There is a diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App which you can use.

If this comes back as all OK then a Samsung Service Centre / Samsung Experience Store can check the phone out for you.

Also sometimes the issue can be the sim card.

If possible as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and see what happens.

And then try another sim in in your phone and see what happens.

If the phone is unlocked to all Network's then perhaps try another networks sim card in the phone.

Check any relevant mast checker from your network just to see if the issue lies with your mast cells.

I wish you all the best.  :smiling-face:

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

It's a known fault, signal issues on certain networks. I had to change my network to rectify. You may struggle to get it returned, but they should defo look for it to be "repaired" make. Very clear what network doesn't work. They should be able to test that network specifically.
