Reinstalling one UI 5 beta after a factory reset

I had the One UI 5 beta installed but had to get a a factory reset due to smasung care plus repairs.

I'm still enrolled in the beta but unable to download the beta again.

Any ideas in how to re-download the beta?

Hi, you can't get rid of a beta software by doing a factory reset! You'd have to withdraw from the beta firstly via the members app, then reinstall the previous software.
I'm also on one ui 5.0 android 13 & have also completed a factory reset & I'm still on the beta software!

I think once you withdraw from program you can not go back in because its closed

That's what o figured but I didnt withdraw, I'm still enrolled. Their FAQ says after a reset, I can redownload but no OTA updates coming in.

What repairs were carried out on the phone under your Samsung Care+ @Dve  ?

Can I ask you to double check what software the phone is currently on.

What stage Beta is your phone on if it's still enrolled ?

1. It was a screen replacement but the gentleman said it took a little more time to fix because he had to download the update.

2. Android 12, One UI 4.1

3. It's still enrolled as I've not withdrawn it. I'm on the 2nd beta, the one that came out on 25th Aug

That's correct...

Not by me. I did a factory reset first and it remained on the One UI 5 beta before I gave it to the technician.

But when the repair technician gave it to me it wasn't... he had redownloaded the Android 12 one UI 4.1 on it... now I'm stuck...

Oh OK, I think the one ui beta for the s21 models is closed.

Give it a try, I hope it works, but I don't think it will.
