Recently used apps not working

I have had my S22 Ultra for just over a month now, but the recently used apps only seem to show Samsung apps (Calculator, galary, calendar, and settings), of which I don't use those apps, so they should not be appearing on my recommended apps.

Previously on my S10 Plus the apps I used most frequently/most recently would appear, but this isn't the case now. I have turned the feature off and on again to no avail.

Has anyone else experienced this and managed to fix it?

Just for context, this is what I mean by the recommended apps, which only want to display Samsung apps, some of which I have never opened.Screenshot_20220316-211328_One UI Home.jpg

I don't use these feature but I've just toggled mine on and got a non Samsung app suggestion; albeit just one. I'd recommend turning it off for a day or two and then perhaps turn it back on? Screenshot_20220316-230338_One UI Home.jpg

Same issue here, another issue with this phone which is making me regret "upgrading"

Pay so much for a phone which feels like a downgrade with the amount of issues. Don't think I'll be getting a Samsung again anytime soon if this continues.

I've had it turned off for the last two weeks, but turned it on again yesterday in the hopes it would work. I haven't got Google pay installed so that's probably why it isn't showing up on my list, but thanks for posting your screenshot nonetheless.

Hi @AndrewJ95 , A few others experienced this one too. We've been advised that it'll be fixed after an update to OneUI Home version 13.1.01.45: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s22-series/s22-ultra-recents-button-after-the-update-its-...

(I'll close off your thread  to keep discussions on this one to the earlier thread.)
