"Save" file. Where is it?

I opted to "move" an email and chose the "save" file. For the life of me I cannot find it. It's completely separate to the "saved email" file.

Anyone able help please.

What email client are you using

@GBee Welcome to the Samsung Community :).

If you are using Samsung email would tap more,save email as File.  check My Files and will either be in Documents or Downloads. 

with Gmail and Outlook I think it is best to save as PDF by selecting print ,PDF  and choose location where you wish to save . Shown in more detail here https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/save-an-outlook-message-as-a-eml-file-a-pdf-file-or-as-a-...
