Quick video FPS? HDR?

1. What's the FPS count on quick video capture, tap and hold the camera button? 

2. Why can't I find an option to turn on/off hdr or set it to automatic?

The fps when doing a quick video capture is 30fps

I see what you mean about the HDR setting. I think it's set to automatic now
