Problems after Update

I just updated my phone this week. Everything was working fine, until today.

Every app I open up won't let me scroll or move. I press the home button and it does nothing. When my phone closes and I use the fingerprint or code to get back it, it does not do anything. I can only close all the apps to do anything. 

Like the screen is not working or not registering anything. I use my phone for work and is less than a year old.

Does someone have a solution?

Have you tried updating the apps as they have to keep things updated when the phone gets updated.

-Network mode selection option in settings not working after update,

-On battery saver enabled, 5g is not disabled 

-And also some time switch to lte even has good 5g coverage,it was working fine before last update 

- 5g/NR only selection not working on network/radio menu
