For a few days Instagram keeps pixelating my photos. How can the problem be solved?
Sometimes this problem occurs to me even with the phone’s camera

Hello 👋 @maurozzo

Your photo's might be being compressed due to their size.

First clear the Cache of the Instagram app by long holding the app and then tap on and then Storage then tap on Clear Cache.

If this does not help then in the apps preferences settings look to turn off the data-saving feature to see if that helps.

Image resolution of photos you share on Instagram

When you share a photo on Instagram, regardless of whether you're using Instagram for iPhone or Android, we make sure that you upload it at the best resolution possible (up to a width of 1,080 pixels).
When you share a photo that has a width between 320 and 1,080 pixels, we keep that photo at its original resolution as long as the photo's aspect ratio is between 1.91:1 and 4:5 (a height between 566 and 1,350 pixels with a width of 1,080 pixels). If the aspect ratio of your photo isn't supported, it will be cropped to fit a supported ratio. If you share a photo at a lower resolution, we enlarge it to a width of 320 pixels. If you share a photo at a higher resolution, we size it down to a width of 1,080 pixels.
If you want to make sure that your photo is shared with a width of 1,080 pixels:
  • Download the most recent version of the Instagram app.
  • Upload a photo with a width of at least 1,080 pixels with an aspect ratio of between 1.91:1 and 4:5.
  • Make sure that you're using a phone with a high-quality camera, as different phones have cameras of varying qualities.

Instagram photos might appear pixelated if the image size is too small or the image is being displayed incorrectly.

Possible solutions
    • Check the image resolution
If you're using an Instagram Feed plugin, the image resolution setting might be set to the wrong size. You can try changing the setting to a larger size, like Medium or Full Size.

  • Check the video format
If your Instagram videos are pixelated, you can try changing the video format to High Efficiency. You can also try turning off the HDR Video option.

  • Clear the app cache
If you're using an Android phone, you can try clearing the Instagram app's cache.

  • Reinstall the app
If you're using an iPhone, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Instagram app.

  • Update the app
Instagram frequently releases updates that include bug fixes and new features.

Pixelation occurs when an image's size is increased too much, which blurs the image's details.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately the problem continues to remain. I did everything that is written but nothing has changed.
