How to create digital photo albume direct on Galaxy S22 Ultra phone

Hi all,

Is there any way creating a digital albume direct on the phone after capturing the old photos?

I have about 2,000 old hardcopy photos captured worldwide in the past during traveling.  Now I'm converting them to digial images.  I'm searching a way building a digital albume direct on the phone after capturing and editing them rather them downloading the digital images to computer to create their albume there.

Pls advise.  Thank in advance.

If you go to gallery you can tap on albums press + and you can create albums.

It's the same with Google photos when you are in Google photos press + at the top and you will see the option to create and albums

Thanks for your advice.

I have old photo images on the gallery.  I don't expect including them on the new albume created.  I must create a new folder for newly captured photos.  What can I do?  Thanks

When you press + in gallery and press create album you will then have to select photos you want to be in that album the one's you dont select wont be in that album, and you can create a title for that specific album, also note you can upload 500 photos per album.

1) I suppose the selected photos will be moved to the new album created.  Or I have to delect them manually after album creation, in order to leave space in gallery folder ?

2) Can I add photos to album later because I can capture all old photos in a short time ?

3) If the maximun photos added to each album is limited to 500 hundred photos max then I have to create many albums.

4) Can I classify photos to cities in each album?

5) Can the album be played similar to slideshow?  Or I have to select the photos, which I expect to see, manually.
