Since the upgrade to OneUI , I have an issue with a popup in serveral 3rd party apps, e.g. Outlook, Facebook, Youtube, ... Sometimes the popup apears when starting up the app, for example in outlook it opens whenever I start the app, and the popup apeares several times. Somthings, the popup apears when playing something in youtube, and my video minimalizes.
Does someone else have/had this glitch, and is there a way to resolve it?
Thx in advanced!

So I resolved my issue via a suggestion from a Microsoft support post. There's an app called "Office Mobile" that seems to be connected somehow to the Samsung Cloud store. By opening that app, if finally requested the permissions necessary to allow the Microsoft apps to function as intended. I no longer get those pop-ups, and the apps open now and don't crash.

I would most probably suggest using a good antivirus tool for your phone to do the scan
If your antivirus can't lock it up, reset your phone back to factory, but don't reinstall the apps from backup, reinstall them 1 at a time until you find the culprit app
Plus don't install any unknown APK's from the web
I use Kaspersky antivirus, VPN singing dancing app which has been good so far, but there is also McAfee which powers Knox
Quick tip, get the fully shabang antivirus with a 7-30 day trial to scan your phone, then you can always cancel it and just use MS Defender for free with your MS365 subscription

I do have a Antivirus program (bitdefender), since a couple of years, and I already scanned my device and there are no viruses found when I scan my device.
I find it rather strange that my problems started directly after my upgrade to OneUI 7. Before that I never had this issue.
Do I keep my data (photo, etc..) with an factory reset?
