One UI 6 _ data/connection issues

I upgraded my S22 ULTRA to one ui 6 and have had issues with data and connection [I'm with EE and 99 percent no issues, b4 update] Since update at times I've NOT been able to CALL anyone or RECEIVE CALLS. At times no Internet connection, which are needed especially for work purposes.

I reset mobile data, i wiped cache through recovery mode and the issue was persistent.

I ended up using Odin to FLASH one ui 5.1. No issues after doing that. I recommend people not to upgrade until they have an update for one ui6. 

Maybe I'm not the majority but thought id share my exp.

Update, Verizon agreen to send me a new phone, but I'm worried about taking this update again.  Hopefully it doesn't come with the update already installed.  However, whats weird is my wife has the exact same phone and took the update and hers is fine.

It is working for me now. I went to "mobile networks", then "access point names" and changed to 02 there and now there is no issue. Not sure if this will work for other people?!

 Hi. I was having the same issue after updating to one ui6. Mobile network settings is also unavailable. So no apn settings available. Using S21 Ultra verizon unit

Hi,

So going into your APN settings and choosing 2G and then either 4G/3G/2G or 5G/4G/3G/2G DOES work, however each time I put my data on, I have to go through these steps in order to turn my data actually on... For someone like me, this is quite good. I don't have unlimited data and I use it wayyy too much anyway, so having an extra step before I turn it on forces me to think about whether I need it on or not, but if you DO have unlimited data, this step is really problematic and time consuming.

Verizon sent me a new S22 ultra after this update broke my mobile data. The new phone working but keeps asking for this update again, I keep declining but eventually I'm sure it will sneak its way in. I actually want the update but can't take the chance on it breaking a second phone. Has anyone heard anything from Samsung regarding this? I didn't have insurance through Verizon, they gave me an exception warranty replacement, so I won't get another phone sent if it does break it again.

Yep, my S22 ultra is not working on mobile data properly after yesterday's update.
This has happened one too many times now over the years, this will be my last Samsung phone
