One UI 6.1 removed the swipe up navigation setting

Per the title, I can no longer swipe up on each of the three buttons to use them. I now have to press them or change it to a swipe option that removes the three buttons entirely. 

How do I revert this? It's an integral part of how I use my phone, having arthritis and a connective tissue disorder.

Download goodlock and use navstar it allows you to set the swipe up option

I have just had the update, and it's so annoying! I have used the swipe up for years and now can't. The home seems to work, and the back works if you swipe from the side but the widgets! I can't figure it out. So peeved.
