I just found out that one ui 5.0 beta has been relesed in germany  soon other countries aswell

The release is not specific. They roll out in various country's sooner than others same as windows updates too. If they released the beta update to every country at once the update servers would crash due to high traffic volumes

There's a UK version out but it's a manual install via ADB, it's not recommended as it won't have auto updates and will be unstable and more features like contactless payments won't work

I'm also looking forward to the update but only when it's out of Beta stage.

I personally prefer not to have beta's on my daily driver.
