I am deeply disappointed in what has transpired in the last few weeks. I usually don't do software updates after a certain point since companies are generally very irresponsible with the older models, making updates that are incompatible. As such I think I have fallen victim to one such event. A recent update relating to OneUI 6.1 has completely ruined my phone. Despite multiple attempts to address the problem, by testing it in Safe mode, doing a cache partition clean, re-updating the phone, performing diagnostic tests, the problem has continued to persist with my phone now useless. It crashed randomly and triggers a restart, oftentimes the restart is unsuccessful and could happen 10 - 15 times before i can even reach the lock screen. I have even done a factory reset, switched off all possible computational features, and even consulted with the Samsung Customer Care both online and in-person. No solution has been provided except asking me to just buy a new phone since the repair is not worth it.
Honestly how are you suppose to trust the brand? I personally believe the corruption in the phone has emerged from the recent update and if anyone has any recommendation to de-grade the Firmware version, please let me know. At this point , this might be the only last-ditch effort left before I just simply migrate to a different brand.

Great suggestion but I did visit the service center. Now since my phone is two years old already the warranty had expired, the technician told me that the motherboard probably needs replacement and it probably is better to just sell this phone and buy a new one instead...

I will have a look. I have done the internal diagnostics test and all 24 tests were successful. I will say this though that my device is getting incredibly heated every few minutes which does make me believe that after the recent update, some system has gotten corrupted and causing the crash.
I am trying to look into how I can switch to the older, stable firmware [of course not legal and easy to achieve, but at this point I really have nothing more to loose...]. I will look into your suggestion, might work. In case you have some guide/steps i can refer to, I will be really obliged. Thank you.

Exact same problem for me too. How can samsung be so irresponsible I have no clue. How do I trust this brand? Absolutely no response to me as well.
I can only suggest or dream of raising a class action suit.

I have the same problem. My phone does not recover from the bootloop. Ir bootloops until death. Who is going to buy this phone.
This is absolutely ridiculous that samsung bricked my perfectly working phone. And now I have to buy a new phone ? Not at all fair. They need to fix my phone or replace my phone. It was perfect until they pushed their update and broke it.

Any updates? How are you dealing with this issue now? Service center was useless. They are saying MB is fried. What nonsense is this? How could a software update fry a motherboard? Samsung needs to act on this.
