Need Help

I need to do a soft reset on my phone. I've plugged my wired earphones in and pressed snd held down the volume down and power button and it just keeps restarting my phone. How can I soft reset my phone without doing a factory reset.

Very strange indeed but yeah got it done but not done what I needed it to do though but oh well. Due an upgrade in a few months. Never had trouble with samsun before but the S22 Ultra has been nothing but problems for me. Considering going away from Samsung

I've been lucky with my Samsung Phones but know a few people thinking about moving away from them.
