Is it still within warranty period? It is two years in UK, as you probably know. If yes, contact Samsung tech support and let them deal with it

If after your factory reset it is still randomly switching off and on then I'd arrange to have it inspected by a Samsung service store.

Yeah, I might have to do that now. I did a factory reset, and it still does it, and funny enough, my girlfriends phone has just started doing it as well which is odd.

Phone came back from Samsung workshop. The mainboard has been replaced. No other solution. The Phone is working perfect now.

I bought mine around the time it was released. My phone suddenly restarted today while watching a YouTube video. I'm from UK too. Is it the end of days for my s22 ultra? I'm also wondering if it's an issue with exynos chipset as the UK release is using the exynos.
