My s22 ultra keeps coming up sim 1 not allowed

Hi, my s22 ultra keeps saying sim 1 not allowed and I have had issues for a few months with signal on the phone not been able to connect to 2g through to 5g iv contacted network provider they said they've done all they can took phone to samsung they said its not a phone issue is a network provider where do I go from here

Have you tried to get a new sim or try someone else sim in your phone

I have had 3 new sims but still nothing

Assuming sim card is OK and works in another phone check esim is not enabled somehow

No esim plans activate or anything on phone

Did this ever get resolved? I've been having the same issue since March
