my S22 is standing stuck on Android 12 / One UI 4.1 /and thinks its up-to-date

my S22 is standing still for 3 years on Android 12 and One UI 4.1
I did not tampered with it or anything. 

"Your software is up-to-date" (Security patch 1-08-2022)
Google play  systemupdate: 1 june 2022

Just did a factoryrest just to make sure...
Any tips to get it updated?

Post a screenshot from settings /about phone /software information /service provider software version

Probably it is out of region

PLS in the service provider software version means that the phone is from Poland
So if you are not in Poland or have a Polish SIM card
Means the phone is outside of its region and won't get any of the relevant updates
You can try connecting to a computer and using smartswitch on the computer to check for available updates
Other than that theres not much you can do

That explains it that i can not update it from the netherlands
