My phone becomes hot like hell

Hi everybody, 

I have a new Gamaxy S22, and when a start a video call on messenger or whatsapp, it becomes very hot that a i'm scared that it will explode, yesterday it reached 52°C in 15min of the conversation and i had a message telling that my phone is too hot, and need to let it cool, i had samsung phones and never faced this situation since galaxy S7, any suggestions?

Sounds like something is using way too much processing. Some cashed data etc

Maybe try wiping the Partition Cashe on the phone

Wiping the Partition Cashe clears out a lot of old or corrupted information that can cause issues

Follow the steps below. You must follow every step and you should be done in about a minute

Turn off your phone.

Connect your phone with a USB cable
to PC or another Samsung mobile

You will see the charging icon on your screen.
Wait till it shows charging with battery percentage.

Next, press and hold the Volume up and Side key simultaneously.
You can press the volume up button just before the Side key.
The Samsung Logo followed by
Samsung Galaxy appears on the
screen.

At this point, release the keys
Phone will boot into Android Recovery mode

In Android recovery mode, using Volume keys, choose "Wipe Cache
Partition" .

Consider running the diagnostics in the Members app and letting us know what it reports back too!

If necessary a Samsung Service Centre can take a look.

But before that try Safe Mode which can help as a troubleshooting step.

If you have a case fitted then remove it to see if that helps.
